904ea4554e Wrap 2fa auth in DEBUG checks 
Currently although you can log in with 2fa things break
after than. All of the auth code needs a bit of love to
sort this out.

1a288176bb Cleanup WikiAccountAuthenticator logic 
Some of this logic comes from the wikipedia app,
and basically makes sure that we return 'nice' objects
everywhere rather than lots of null.

There is one note left in the class about the getAuthTokenLabel
method and the fact that we should probably return something
there

c6a2f2c7ea Get coordinate template when parsing image page 
Currently the image detail view does not display the
coordinates.
This commit adds the coordinate template to the
parser and displays the results rounded to 4 digits.
