and limit offered values of `dog` field on dog-specific features to just =leashed`/`unleashed`: `no` does generally not make sense on these, and `yes`/`designated` is already implied by the primary tag.

There's a preset for community garden, but none for residential garden, which was very confusing for me. Adding one with some synonyms I found at Wikipedia.

…by making the field an optional field which is not displayed by default when selecting a preset. This approach allows mapeprs to easily see now potentially outdated pandemic opening hours and check/update/fix/convert them accordinly.
