Preset/stolperstein: Update address fields
...
- remove "addr:" field since small usage and discouraged
- add addr_string which is the thing used most often
- update addr_addr to only show if at least "memorial:addr:street" is present

A "barangay" in the Philippines is the smallest administrative government unit. According to [taginfo](https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/tags/townhall%3Atype=barangay#overview ), "barangay" is the third most used value for `townhall:type`, and one of the most popular POI added by mappers from the Philippines.

add "Yacht Berths" preset; allow switching between it and Marina by checkbox
...
* the new preset is for the tag `seamark:harbour:category=marina_no_facilities`
* keeps the tag upgrade of the `leisure=marina` preset to add `seamark:harbour:category=marina` (under the assumption that what mappers usually associate with leisure=marina does more commonly have "extra facilities" than not)
* adds a checkbox-field to de/select "domestic facilities", allowing to easily switching between Marina and Yacht Berths presets.
