* Add preset for `man_made=gantry`
* Add presets for `power=portal` and `crane:type=*`
Also added terms to Gantry preset and changed label from "Road Sign Structure" to "Gantry"

* Add community_centre:for LGBTQ+ Community Center
* move "community_centre:for" to auto-added tags
this makes the validator show suggestions to add an eventually missing `community_centre:for=lgbtq` tag to features already tagged with `amenity=community_centre` + `lgbtq=primary`.
