YuviPanda	780af9d07d	Initial cut of Modifications syncing Provides one naive modifier (which blindly adds categories). Provides a sync service & a content provider. Insert appropriate items into the content provider and wait for the sync to happen. Sync currently likes to 'fail early' rather than recover.
