#4664 Moved Settings Activity to ViewBinding (#5506)

Browse source 
* Moved Main Activity and Settings Activity to ViewBinding
* Moving only SettingsActivity for now
* Removed values-yue-hant directory
* Removing previously done changes to main.xml
